Situated just a couple of miles from the charming town of Hay on Wye and a short drive from the Brecon Beacons National Park, Heart of the Wye offers a unique glamping experience in a beautiful and convenient rural location.  Overlooking the border between Hereford and Wales, your tent will have a spectacular view of the rolling fields and orchards of the Golden Valley.

Booking Policy

Check-in: 4pm–8pm. Check-out: 10am.
Dogs: Welcome by prior arrangement only. Dogs must remain on leads and owners must clean up after them.
Bedding & Linen: Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
Important Rules: Please be considerate of other guests. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. Quiet hours are 11pm–8am. comply with all site and safety signage. Fires are only permitted in designated fire bowls/wood burners. Children must be supervised at all times. Please help keep shared facilities clean and tidy. Stay on marked paths and out of restricted areas.  Do not enter animal enclosures or interact with livestock. No smoking or Vaping inside any covered structure.
Heart of the Wye is a rural outdoor glamping site with uneven ground, changing weather conditions, wildlife, and limited lighting. Please consider these conditions before booking and come prepared for an outdoor countryside stay.

Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking.
  • If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, no refund will normally be due unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. If the accommodation is successfully re-let, we may refund all or part of the monies paid, less any costs reasonably incurred.
  • If we cancel your booking for reasons within our reasonable control, we may offer alternative dates, a credit towards a future stay, or a refund of monies paid for the booking.
  • Any refund issued by us will be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
