Booking Policy

  • We accept bookings from the following: families, couples (both over 17), groups aged 18 and over (by prior arrangement), and groups 16 – 18 accompanied by a parent. We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied under-18s.
  • Check-in from 4 pm - Check-out by 10 am
  • Quiet hours are between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Please note that amplified music is not permitted at the cabins or Lookout at any time. Live music/singers are also prohibited on site.
  • All bedding, linen and towels are provided.  Robes are provided for all teenage/adult guests (13 and over)
  • A hold of £100 will be placed on your card before check-in and released after check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
  • No glass in or near hot tub areas.
  • Only our pet-friendly accommodation - The Westie and The Black Swan- permits pets.
  • Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site. A wood-fueled BBQ is available on the island for guest use.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Changes by the Guest:

ALL GUESTS ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT PERSONAL HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

  • Bookings can be amended, moved or cancelled anytime up to 15 days before check-in.  Refunds up to 15 days before check-in will be subject to a 10% administration charge (minimum £25.00)
  • Should exceptional circumstances arise within 15 days of your stay that prevent your visit we are happy to make a name change if you wish to transfer your booking to someone else.
  • We cannot give refunds or move bookings because of poor weather. We are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
  • Deposits are 50% and balance payments are due 15 days prior to arrival. By prior arrangement balance payments can be made by cash (sterling) or card on arrival.
