Booking Policy
- Arrival time is from 4pm-8pm
- Departure time is 8am - 10am
- No additional visitors.
- All bed linen, bath, hand towels and dressing gowns are provided for your stay.
- Pets are allowed at £30/pet in The Barony or Killoch Pods. This must be booked in advance, please keep them on a lead and clean up after them.
- No animals in the jacuzzis
- No pets allowed in the fields or barns. They must be kept on a lead outwith the pod.
- Any lost keys will be charged at £45 as we will have to replace the key and the locking system for security reasons
- Loss & Theft Barlosh Luxury Glamping accept no liability for belongings that are lost or stolen on the site, including in and outside the pods also cars.
- Do not enter fields or Horse barn without permission from owners.
- No visitors allowed.
- Our Pods are for 2 adults age 18 and over.
- No smoking allowed inside or outside the Tpod. Only allowed in designated areas.

In the event that you are unable to stay with us, we are not able to provide a refund.
We suggest that you take out suitable travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel your stay. If you need to cancel and can give us at least 4 weeks notice before your original check-in date we may be able to rearrange your holiday.
If your dates move between seasons there may be a cost incurred.
If you need to cancel and can give us at least 30 days notice before your original checkin date, we may be able to re arrange your holiday. If your dates move between seasons there may be a cost incured. If you need to cancel within 30 days of check in there is no refunds. Only those named on the booking are allowed to stay in the T pod lodges. We reserve the right to cancel a booking for any reason. If we have to cancel your booking we will provide a refund.* *Not applicable for government enforced lockdowns. Coronavirus COVID-19. If you test positive for Covid we cannot offer a refund.
