Sorry we don't have early check in's. Check in is FROM 4pm. Checkout is by 10 am.

2 large spacious indoor/outdoor terraces, outdoor day bed, egg chair, rocker chair, large electric jacuzzi Spa with two beds and 3 seats just for your use, pool table, bar with stools, large stone bbq, fire pit and much more…
Please note only coals and logs bought here at Barlosh are allowed to be used, if you require BBQ COALS AND FIRE PIT LOGS these can be ordered at time of booking or pay for some when you arrive. These can be found on the website under little extras .If you use the bbq or fire pit please clean the tools after use. If you require balloons, petals, banners, chocolates etc we have Couture Designs by Tonia that you can order from and she places them in your Tpod Lodge for your arrival. Link is on the website.
Inside; Spacious Lounge with open plan kitchen, smart tv, Wi-Fi, leather sofa, stocked kitchen with all you need for utensils, pots and pans, chopping board, cutlery, plates and Bowles, kettle and toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, starter pack, salt and pepper, spatulas etc
Large spacious Ensuite with large shower, towels provided for use of the shower, bath robes, complimentary shampoo and body wash, soap etc
Open plan bedroom with
king size bed, luxury mattress and bedding.
This Tpod is only for two people only.
Piperhill is stunning in all ways with everything in it for your use to enjoy. Please do not tamper with the hottub in anyway they are all set up for your safety and comfort . See terms and conditions for more info.
The high balustrade windows are fabulous with protection from all weathers, it allows you to use the facilities when ever you want too and not worry if it rains or snows…
If you require anything else like more coal or logs while your here on your break we can pop round with more as we live on site ..

Suitable For
Pets ~ Pets are allowed in our Barony Pod & Killoch at £15 per animal per night which must be booked in advance. . Any pet droppings or animal mess must be picked up and properly disposed of. If this is not adhered to there will be a charge occurred . . Please keep pets on a lead at all times when outside the Pods. . Please do not allow your pet to dig in or around the Pods. . No animals in the Jacuzzis. . No pets allowed in the fieldsWe do not accommodate large groups/parties.
There is a maximum of 2 adults per pod
• No additional visitors. If you are found to be in breach of these conditions during your stay we reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave, with no refunds given
