Our spacious lodges, feature a natural wooden hot tub, fire pit for cooking outdoors, wood burner, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a hot shower. Comfy, cosy beds are made up ready for your arrival so you can unpack and relax.
Spot red kites and buzzards soaring overhead. Wallow in your very own private wooden hot tub with breathtaking views of the rolling South Wales hillside. Indulge in a spot of star gazing under amazing dark skies or cwtch up by the wood burner with a good book. Spend time reconnecting with loved ones.
You can buy provisions from the local village which is only a mile down the lane but we have a small larder and honesty box next to the wood store where you can pick up some essentials. Our own free range farm eggs, local preserves, honey, pickles and chutneys.
If you fancy exploring, there are plenty of walks and bike trails on our doorstep. Further afield, we are in an ideal spot to explore all that South Wales has to offer, just a short drive from the city of Cardiff, the Brecon Beacons, Abergavenny and countless museums. Not to mention amazing beaches!

Booking Policy
- Please arrive after 4pm on your first day and vacate your lodge by 10 am on the day of your departure. Noise to a minimum after 10.30pm and before 8am, in consideration of others. Smoking is not permitted at any time within or in the immediate vicinity or the safari tents, farm buildings, honesty shop, or on the verandas. Please do not leave fires unattended.
- Two well-behaved dogs are welcome in each safari tent. For £25 per stay, we will provide a bowl and basket for your four-legged family member. We only ask that you keep pets out of the human beds and be mindful that this is a working farm so there may be sheep or cattle nearby.
- All bed linen and towels are included in the cost of your stay.
- Please be aware we do not accept single-sex groups of more than 2.
- A damages deposit of £200 applies to all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
The 30% deposit payable upon booking is non refundable. If you cancel your stay within 8 weeks of your arrival we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation. If we can re-let then we will refund any money paid, minus the deposit. If we are unable to do so, then we regret that we will be unable to refund any monies paid. We recommend that you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your holiday we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all monies paid to us, by you, within 14 days of notifying you.
We do not accept single sex groups of more than 2 people. Single sex groups of more than 2 people will be turned away and no refund given.
Day visitors are welcome. Please inform us of their arrival in advance so we can agree parking arrangements. We also need their contact details, should we, in the case of an emergency, need to know who is on site. All visitors must leave the site by 10pm.
