Launched in 2020, these beautifully renovated and new build properties offer a peaceful escapade for couples and families of any age, with their own private gardens and patio's some of which overlook fields and woodland. Parking is directly outside the property (with a charging point if you’re electric!).
Wildlife fans won’t be disappointed – see if you can spot one of the many birds of prey who are regular visitors, such as barn owls, tawny owls, buzzards, or the deer, foxes, and badgers that inhabit the fields surrounding the cottage.

Cosy cottage with wood-burning stove. Sleeps up to 2 people in one double bed with a modern walk-in en-suite . Semi detached to the main farmhouse, overlooking the fields to the West, with views of the pond to the South.

The Parlour

Spacious one bedroom ground floor property. Sleeps up to 4 people in 1 super king and 1 sofa bed. Beautiful views across the countryside.

The Cow Kennels

one of our cottage, sleeping up to 6 people in two super king bedrooms and sofa bed. Overlooking our pond and has it's own garden area with patio and BBQ.

The Tractor Shed

Newly built spacious ground floor cottage with wood-burning stove. Sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. Private garden area over looking the pond with patio and BBQ.

The Mill

Newly refurbed converted mill, sleeps up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms split over 2 floors, with one bedroom accessible downstairs which is complete with shower room. Private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.

Booking Policy

  • Check-in: 16:00
  • Check-out: 10:00
  • Well behaved dogs are permitted in The Mill, The Tractor Shed, The Cow Kennels and The Parlour but we kindly ask you to keep them on a lead at all times outside of the cottages and clean up after them.
  • All bed linen and towels are included
  • Please specify how you would like your beds configured if you haven't already done so.
  • We have a large pond on site, we therefore require you to supervise children at all times during your stay.
  • Please respect the other guests on site and be quiet, with no amplified music from 22:00.
  • No smoking in any of the properties.
  • When BBQing, please keep a watchful eye on naked flames at all times.
  • Cars are parked at the owners risk
  • 5mph speed limit on site at all times
  • No access is permitted through the main gate in to the farmyard, as clearly sign posted on site.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the holiday start date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, equal to your non-refundable deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
  • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
