We are a quiet location sitting right on the Oxford canal at the edge of Napton on the Hill. A picturesque village on the borders of rolling Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire countryside. We have a lovely popular village pub right next the cottages very handy for a bite to eat and a drink. We have cottages with 1 bedroom up to 3 bedroom cottages, all self catering with linen and towels provided. We can accommodate for a short break or a longer stay to suit your needs. We are a great base for walking the canal or visiting local areas like Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Birmingham or the Cotswolds.

Booking Policy
- Check in is from 4pm on your arrival day.
- Check out on your day of departure is by 10am.
- Linen, towels and electricity are included in the price.
- It is the right of folly cottages to refuse group bookings if we feel this may be of detriment to other guests staying at the cottages.
- Please park in the car park behind the cottages NOT the pub car park.
- We accept dogs in all cottages except Number 2 (the old shop), we would be grateful if you could please not allow dogs onto the furniture or upstairs.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a cancellation within 8 weeks before the commencement of the stay, the full deposit (which is 25% of the amount of the full stay) is payable.
