The Forge is a lovingly-renovated stone-built character cottage with fully-fitted kitchen and modern bathroom complete with wooden Japanese dipping tub.

Booking Policy
- A deposit of 25% of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking.
- Check-in time is 1600hrs on the day of arrival and Check-out time is 1000hrs on the day of departure. It may be possible to arrive earlier/leave later for some Bookings, please see extras page.
- Maximum of 2 dogs allowed to stay per cottage per Booking. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times around the grounds.
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels or these may be hired from us, please see extras page.
- The Forge is accessed down a well-lit, woodland path from the parking area. Approx 50m. It is a gentle slope and a trolley is provided to help with your belongings and groceries if required.
- There is a spiral staircase to access the mezzanine bed-area. This is not suited to those with limited mobility.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your Booking more than 8 weeks (56 days) before it is due to start, then your deposit will be returned to you minus a £30 administration fee.
- If you cancel 8 weeks (56 days) or less, before the Booking starts, then the deposit will be retained by us and any further monies paid will be returned to you.
- We, the owners, may have to cancel your Booking prior to the Check-in time due to an event outside our control (such as fire, flood, failure of utilities or legislation.) If this were to happen, we would inform you immediately and you would be entitled to a full refund.
