We are a small family run campsite in an idyllic location with spectacular views across the Wharfe valley. Featuring 10 luxury glamping pods, 2 luxury bell tents, all with private hot tubs. We have electric hook up camping pitches as well as standard grass pitches.  The campsite, close to Bolton Abbey, is the perfect base from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales National Park. A fantastic site for either an action packed family holiday or a tranquil relaxing break. Booking Policy

  • We accept bookings from the following; families, couples, groups aged 18 and over (by prior arrangement), groups 16 – 18 accompanied by an adult, Duke of Edinburgh or similar groups. We do not accept bookings from stag/hen parties or unaccompanied under 16s.
  • Obedient dogs are welcome on the campsite. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended.
  • 3 of our glamping pods are dog friendly. We do not allow dogs in our bell tents. For full details of our rules for dogs, please click this link.
  • We do not allow commercial vehicles, including vans on site. (campervans allowed).
  • Cars are only allowed on the field on arrival and departure making the campsite a safe environment for kids.
  • Glamping - A £200 deposit will be requested via email and will be returned to you after check out subject to there being no damages or missing items.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings cannot be amended, moved or cancelled within 28 days of arrival. No refunds will be given
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings for reasons deemed necessary by the management
  • Refunds will be subject to a 5% administration charge (minimum £2.00)
  • We cannot give refunds or move bookings because of poor weather. We are not liable for refunds or expenses in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Including (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this
  • We reserve the right to amend the price paid for a booking if this does not match the price advertised on our website
  • For telephone bookings you have 24 hours to let us know if you do not agree to our terms and conditions, otherwise we will assume your acceptance of them
